Salad is carrots, radishes, olives, fat free feta and mixed with a dash of avocado oil.

Lentils and this chicken was done with a crockpot. Just marinated in it's own juices, just add salt and pepper and let it cook for 6hrs. Tender AF[emoji16][emoji123]
