            Maybe somewhere between 150 and 155lbs at under 10% BF. Anything more would detract seriously from my other fitness goals.

                i get what you are saying but dont make sense with protein.

                fat burners, creatine, pre workout stuff, i get your point.

                  I agree, just want to see about all this stuff Im doing and how it all rolls up... if nothing else it'll justify what Im doing even more.
