    Yeah yeah hater, I'm not fat per se but certainly going to get leaner, I'm at the point where I'm getting flat, with more fat loss yet to happen so certainly not my best and as I've said on here most of the fat is round my waist but no beer belly fat crotch as you say.

      you havent seen yourself at my bf% in 20 years. you have no clue what you look like even close to stage time. you have a shit ton of water and fat in your arms and legs still let alone your midsection. you need to understand this fact.

            Your attempts to blockade and deter are futile oh stick insect, you become more.desperate with time, of course people want to.see more, it's important to take pictures in the same location for consistency.

            As for progress, it's happening, weight is slowly dropping.

                  • Trained shoulders tonight hard and thorough, no less than 8 reps per set, good session, skipped cardio after though but I'll pick up again when I train arms tommorrow.

                    Also picking up a little treat tommorrow too, 200iu of that riptropin you guys been raving about

                      i don't understand why you would skip cardio? cardio and diet are more important for your goals right now then training is. you need to pull the bodyfat off bro. i dont understand what you are doing here. Any particular reason why you skipped it? Just didnt feel like doing it?

                              • One thing I'm noticing now, ontop of some fat loss round the stomach, the fat that remains on the lower abs has apparently softened and become more wartery.
