Ronin, I need to get.sub 10% bodyfat bro, ideally down to 6% initially, then try stay sub 10%.
Ideally keeping 6% bf all year round can be unrealistic no? 8/10% seems better. Just take your time and patience too. But post a clear pic when ya can.
So the diet and cardio are showing effects already, both good and some not so great.
Waist is noticeably tighter, especially on a morning (less water)and especially at the front.
Last night I trained shoulders an on working up to 145lb dumbell press I failed on the 5th rep, luckly I had a spotter so we took it to six but really I need 8 rep sets or some more.
Thats the goal I'm setting myself, 8 reps or more upper body and 15 reps plus on lower. Also do some light days with many more reps.
Just gonna do 1 hrs cardio today then weights again sunday or monday

Woke up this morning feeling pretty tired, looked in the mirror and there is definite fat loss. Current weight is 247lb dry in the morning, face, stomach, legs, ass and chest look a tighter.
Happy so far but ways to go. If felt flat and decided to take today off any exercise. Back at it tommorrow!
