You really shouldn't be starving a couple weeks into your diet though. When I competed the last 4-5 weeks were very hard but that's getting down into extremely low single digits. I have abs now and I'm full almost all day long and I bet I'm eating the same amount of calories as when you were bulking.
I'm curious how strict you were with your food selection when you were bulking? For me I eat the same exact thing just more or less depending on what I'm trying to accomplish.

When your used to eating a ton of cals like he was it's very common for people to get cravings after a few weeks of dieting. I never calculated out my calories before but I'm currently eating just about 4600 calories. I'm not hungry either. But we aren't just starting the whole "eat clean phase". If your used to pizza and candy cakes your gonna miss it for awhile. i personalty don't see how chadd can say he eats specifically around "4600" calories but he's never calculated it out.
it's very likely he's not hitting that target most days. you can only eyeball something once you've first calculated it out and you have a clear understanding of portion sizes etc..
do you have your diet posted here chadd?
