yeah exactly so its a waste of materials to upgrade them. if you find a new gun thats better than what you have equip it and dump the other. only upgrade once you are past 20 to get to a higher level.

you can only get from 20 to 30 by getting better gear and upgrading it.

Your argument is a bit flawed and here's why.

With the coming updates it will become easier and easier for players at level 20 to get to level 30. If they didn't do this people that get the game in a few months time would never be able to catch up. In a few months time it will only take a day or so to get from level 1 to level 30. It's the people that are high level that will have to work harder to upgrade. Getting from level 30 to 40 will still be just as hard if not harder. This cycle will repeat with each expansion pack.

Bottom line, enjoy the game and upgrade as you wish because it is ever changing and evolving with each update. No need to save all your upgrades for later. Fuck trying to stay at the very highest level all the time. That isn't fun for me. I enjoy upgrading my character at my pace and slowly becoming more powerful.

Got my Xbox one cyber monday stuff this week. Assassin creed bundle, halo masters, the sports rival game, kinect and extra controller for $520. It was a deal Dell was having and I already had a credit line through them from when I got my laptop so I got an extra small percentage off.

Anyways it's killing me having it sit in my closet. I will have Destiny right after Christmas (we are doing ours on the 21st) if it's not already gifted to us. Wish I could play cross system but all this talk is making me almost give it to my kids early so I can start playing it now lol.

I havent played the game for a while now no point since ive finished.

but to get to 30 when i was playing it took me 30 runs of the raid and another 10 runs on the hardest difficulty.

that was just to get from 29 to 30. Im not sure if they will make it easier to do this seeing as the new level cap will be 32.

im not denying that upgrading is good but the time you take to get from 1 - 20 is not even 1/8th of the time it takes to get from 29 to 30.

and considering you do nothing but burn all the gear there is really no point in wasting your time upgrading a level 10 gun when you know you are going to get a lvl 15 one soon after.

ok finally got it.

traded my xb1 in for it and ended up paying $15 for the ps4 and 5 games. traded the games back in for far cry and destiny wasn't interested in little planet etc.

haha, that's a lot of trading. tell me the actual ps4 isnt way better looking than that huge square xbox one. xbox looks like a huge old vcr.

that 1/8th time will change though bro. as the level cap is increased for higher level players the time it takes to get from level 20-30 will decrease for the lower end players. this is why you SHOULD play how you like and upgrade if you find that fun. The only style of play your method makes sense for is those trying to stay at the very top of the level cap.

Basically it's grouping with significantly higher level players to do tasks above your level so you get those exp points.

So at say level 10 you are doing level 20 tasks your exp jumps rapidly.

Oh yea, it does that. I got rewarded a couple times for just being in the same area other higher players were fighting a boss etc..

ps4 is superior to xb1 the graphics are much better same tv same games they just look way better on ps4.

i like the controller light thats pretty cool.

the only negative is the controller layout i prefer the xbox style but i guess ill get used to it in time.

otherwise kicking myself i bought xb1 instead of ps4

Is the graphics really that much different? I had heard the PS4 is more powerful in terms of processor speed and shit like that but I figured it was just sony fanboys talking shit.

it really is my mrs noticed first for the destiny intro while i was on the bbq, she goes what movie is this. i walked in and it was just the intro but it looked amazing. xb1 has nothing on it.
