  • What I've eaten TODAY --

    #1 - 4 eggs (3 whites/1 yolk) with salsa

    #2 - 4 oz chicken and 1/2 cp pasta (didn't wait for the rice to cook)

    #3 - protein shake

    Maybe this thread will help get my ass in gear again - I'm having an extremely hard time eating lately - I know my metabolism is crap right now.....

        I know - today started my new and improved eating - better known as actually eating....

        I was going to start my "bikini" diet when you started dieting for your show - that didn't happen.....

              I only ate one more time - chicken and brown rice. Now I see why you like this thread though - I know what/how I "should" be eating and if I have to post it then I should be more inclined to do the right thing.....

                    coffee and protein bar

                    12 oz 96% lean beef
                    5 oz brown rice

                    6 oz of chicken on greens (balsamic dressing)

                    12 oz 96% lean beef
                    5 oz brown rice

                    **workout**

                    2 delmonico’s (about 16 oz)

                            8 oz turkey burger
                            6 oz chicken - 1 cup greens

                            will be taking in 2 scoops whey and i scoop vitargo shortly - going to train back

                              Meal 1 (7:00)
                              6-8 egg whites
                              ˝ cup of whole wheat oatmeal
                              Protein shake (1 scoop)


                              Meal 2 (10:00)
                              Chicken breast 6.8 oz
                              Sweet potato 4 oz


                              Meal 3 (12:00)
                              Protein Shake (2 scoops)


                              Meal 4 (1:30)
                              1 can tuna
                              Rice cakes (2)


                              Meal 5 (3:00)
                              Chicken breast 6.8 oz
                              Green veggy 4 oz
                              Brown rice 4 oz


                              Meal 6 (6:00)
                              Top Round Steak 6 oz
                              Sweet potato 4 oz



                              Meal 7 (8:00)
                              Protein shake (2 scoops)

                                I started 14 weeks out from my first show buy I'm doing at least 3 - total is 20 weeks...

                                My 10 week out diet is on the last page - one day is workout days and the other is nonworkout days - it changes again in 3 weeks - I'm currently 7 weeks out from the first one....
