What I've eaten TODAY --
#1 - 4 eggs (3 whites/1 yolk) with salsa
#2 - 4 oz chicken and 1/2 cp pasta (didn't wait for the rice to cook)
#3 - protein shake
Maybe this thread will help get my ass in gear again - I'm having an extremely hard time eating lately - I know my metabolism is crap right now.....
