so i wanted her to make chicken with her tomato sauce, basically do a crock pot of sauce and about 6 pieces of chicken breast; they were in the crock pot for 4hrs.
i decided to add some black beans into the mix and this is what came out, tasted way better than it looks. i added the banana pepper for added flavor.
chicken was set in crock pot for 4.5hrs. that green sauce is spicy mexican sauce, i've posted a pic of can on this thread. really good flavor and a good kick as well.
sweet potatoes and carrots. added some cinnamon for better flavor, it's also good for digestion(cinnamon)
just had this earlier this morning for breakfast. marinated steak with garlic and Worcestershire sauce overnight. steak was seared in skillet pan then put in fridge to cool overnight.
so what i do is cut some strips before my meals, skillet for a few mns with coco oil and serve. and that's 8 eggs, 6/2 ratio.
Rado what I great post. This gives someone like me who is a little uneducated on healthy eating a chance to actually visualize healthy meals instead of trying to come up with something on my own Its right here on the screen and so far the meals I've seen I would eat. [and drink'. lol Thanks for posting this. It really helps.

kale, green apples, walnuts, cranberries, a bit of cheese. this was our salad for thanksgiving. we stayed here and just did facetime with family members.
