Can't remember but my weight wasn't a whole much more, as I think you've said my pictures show marked improvement. I think as I said earlier because I've been training legs more regular and really focusing on intensity I've added muscle. Eating has been better, more consistent, and I've been using GH at 5IU ed.

LOL I just went to the start of the thread, so it was 255lb at 15.4% caliper test, same guy tested me with same kit. Now I will just say weight can vary with water 5 lbs. For example, if I low carb for a few days my body lets go of some water weight too. When I up the carbs for a couple days or so my muscles seem to soak up some water weight. but yeah there it is
