                The cool thing about me is that I am not afraid to admit when I am wrong. I will be the first to say it when you get there. In the meantime though, I'm going to call you on your bullshit everytime. Have to get to bed bro, have to be at the airport like 5 hours before my flight to sign autographs!

                      Can't remember but my weight wasn't a whole much more, as I think you've said my pictures show marked improvement. I think as I said earlier because I've been training legs more regular and really focusing on intensity I've added muscle. Eating has been better, more consistent, and I've been using GH at 5IU ed.

                        I'm interested in the numbers. There is obvious visible improvement and it's truly impressive if you've gained more muscle mass while dropping nearly 5% bf while still allowing you to maintain close to starting weight.

                          I do feel like I'm carrying more muscle in the back, arms arms shoulders than three months ago after the Mexico trip when i started this.

                            • LOL I just went to the start of the thread, so it was 255lb at 15.4% caliper test, same guy tested me with same kit. Now I will just say weight can vary with water 5 lbs. For example, if I low carb for a few days my body lets go of some water weight too. When I up the carbs for a couple days or so my muscles seem to soak up some water weight. but yeah there it is
