    My issue is with your numbers. I know what 10% looks like and you aren't even close, I'm sorry. It's very easy for anyone to search for what 10% looks like on google, i challenge you to do so and be a little more honest with yourself.

      I don't even know for sure, or even care about stats, I'm not making 'claims' as you put it, I just relayed what I was told on the BF% and can read the scales. I have lost fat though I can assure you of that and I'm not flexing and shit in the photos.

      At the end of the day I'm only part way through my journey though and as all have said I'm making progress, that's whats important to me, continued progress

          BUT :D

          Still had to go to the gym and get a pump just like rocket did when he posted that one shot. You saw what he looked like unpumped at home in comparison. Beast has already shown how much difference there is between a home unpumped shot VS a pumped gym shot. Still wish you would just be honest and take a shot at home like everyone else has. I dont get why you refuse to do that. You clearly have the ability to take a picture, its not very hard to walk into your bathroom and snap a pic.

          None the less, you are looking good in the gym and I give you my respect for that!

          • Could be just the pic but I see it in the short video also. Triceps look small and delts and biceps look extra puffy. Are you injecting in those areas? Not talking shit just wondering as they almost look swollen differently then the other areas.

            • Well thanks anyway bro, I have posted pics previously at home in the bathroom cold.

              But yeah I was in gym and I'd been targeting upper chest.

              You can see the shape coming through now though right?

              Clearly much further to go but as my waist is slowly coming in I'm really starting to see faint lines and my old shape coming back but clearly a bigger version. My back is actually the area that holds the most water and shit and at the same time I think it will look pretty good once leaned out but not so much now see

                Its just pressing bro, and while my tooth was bad I could only eat protien shakes so I'm still shaking some water back off since reducing those, but when training chest engaging some tri and some delt, i sometimes inject delt but never arms, fuck that

                    I'm thinking about injecting delts, never have before. Do you notice a bit of growth in the delts from that specifically?

                      yeah I don't know for sure, to me delts are absolutely critical to my physique having shape, so lately I've been slaughtering them, I don't do any front delt work specifically, only side and rear, along with pressing.

                      But If I don't jab ass I hit the side delt and I think it maybe gives a litle something

                          You can go either way with delts, either exploit that there's not much fat and go short or do 1.5 inch and go deep, mine take that fine as will yours, but I do either.

                          Some guys do rear delts, they must get help I guess.

                          Let me ask you this, my back is fat, covering detail and looks both wider and thicker after I train it, naturally.

                          But people have different genetics and I'd say my lat insertions are a strong point, they're low but not too low and curve our at a good rate, but what would you say

                            Cool, I think my next injection will be delts. Cant let yours be that much bigger then mine! :D

                            Your back looks pretty good bro. I cant really see where your waist is in the pic cause its kind of cut off at the bottom. Either way, its a back to be proud of.
