          I'm quietly confident but not delusional, and I never said I'd win, or place top three, just be a finalist in top six, in my country in a weight class, and after a.full on comp prep.

                • OK I was lost about the update pictures now I see it in your avi,lol sorry I dont pay attention to them.
                  I will say your shoulders are massive and you are slimming right up looks great. I assume you are flexing? if not all you need to do is work on that chest could also be light angle ect ect but good job so far

                    When it comes to chest I have the following to say;

                    1) I don't want a huge barrel chest and my lower pecs respond quick to things like flat bench which is a reason I stay away from it, but
                    2) my upper chest needs more as does my inner, more detail.
                    3) I've now realised that when I've been pressing, my delts have been taking much of the weight, do I'm switching grip dvds excercises to change this.

                      • So I trained chest and arms today, not heavy but really focused, trying to improve the weak areas such as mentioned by rocket above. Great workout.

                        Also got my weight and bodyfat checked and, well, i knew I was leaner from how I look, evidenced also by the pics above but I was pleasantly suprised.

                        253Lbs and 10.9% bodyfat! Last time I was 15.4%

                        But I've hardly lost much.bodyweight. Now I thought this may happen to an extent, where if I picked up the intensity I actually.gain a little muscle weight but not to this extent.

                        Gotta keep on pushing now, goal was always sub 10 as a minimum.

                              You looked jacked in those pics and have made great progress bro there is no doubt. Maybe its the picture but I would question your body fat measurement. I know a thing or 2 about body fat and you don't look like you are in the 10% range. Usually you can see abs when you are in that range and I don't see any. Can you take a better pic of your stomach?

                              • The key point for me is that the same guy took the same readings, from the same places with the same equipment. And it shows close to 5% loss in fat compared to before.
