Feeling very tired lately, moody, sometimes no appetite. I'm assuming this is the reduced calories, cleaner diet etc

I use that one too :)Originally posted by redback View PostI use this ap on the iPhone sometimes called myfitnesspal. You put in your goal weight and enter all the food you eat each day and it calculates everything for you.

That's a damn good advice, I never really thought about that. People usually can't talk to me either way in the gym, I can't hear shit with the headphones blasting.Originally posted by THE BOUNCER View PostDidn't you just change gyms recently? I get the feeling you are a bit of a chatty Cathy when you are in the gym. Am I wrong? Bro, having friends in the gym is a BAD thing. You are supposed to be there for YOU. Headphones on, eyes straight ahead, and fucken focus. even after you are done lifting and cardio, dont hang around and chat. because the next day those same people will be there and guess what, now its conversation time during the workout!
the place you train is not the problem, its you and what you do while you are there.

Thank you for saying thatOriginally posted by THE BOUNCER View PostNo, just get some idea bro. Right now you dont know if
let me also say that you are definitely making progress so as long as you are moving forward you are moving in the right direction. i dont love the vibe thats starting to build in this thread. i feel like some people are just jumping in and making negative comments because its the thing to do. if i started that trend or had anything to do with it, i apologize. that is not what i am about. i think sometimes people mistake my "tough love" attitude as just being negative or putting someone down.

No, just get some idea bro. Right now you dont know if you are eating 2000, 2500, or 3000 cals. By having a good idea of what you are eating, you will know what you need to tweak as progress slows.Originally posted by Mr incredible View Postso commit to weighing my food every day? Never needed that to compete, could judge by visual.
if you can take the time to email palumbo and go out of your way for some stranger in the gym, you can certainly take the 20 minutes and figure where you stand with your diet.

So STFU and stop posting about shirts, jeans, fucked up lighting pics and either do what you said you were going to do, or just don't...We're not gonna hate if you don't, just pick on you that's all:)
It's easy to talk, but harder to follow through.
My motto in life;
"If you want something bad enough, you get it done"
Very simple rule to live by. Doesn't make you a bad or a weak person by not doing so. If you're giving it your all and this is your best, then so be it bro...you look good and of course you could look better; I mean we all do to some extent.
What's stupid is that you keep posting on here like you're all gong ho and half assing the shit.
Please don't get yourself worked up

I always talk about competition:rofl:Originally posted by TC63 View PostUse the damn thing. It takes 5 seconds. You always talk about competition and stuff, well guess what, MOST of the bodybuilders today and before weigh their food when they are getting prepared for a contest.
You would think they can also judge by visual? They can't, that's misleading. Never too late to take up something new, so just do it. It ain't gonna hurt you, in fact, it will help you with your goals.
Your trying to help, thank you

thats all well and good but do yourself a favor and take 20 minutes and figure out the exact amount you are eating.
