so commit to weighing my food every day? Never needed that to compete, could judge by visual.

        • Are you running a net caloric deficit with protein at 1.5g per lb of bodyweight? If you can't answer this question, you probably need to be more precise in your intake estimates.

Well even to start with at my bodyweight 1.5 g/lb bodyweight would be circa 375g protien a day which is a shit ton and I'm not prepared to put that through my kidneys.

            I'm at about 300g

If I'm slowly dropping fat then I'd say I'm in calorific defecit. I've just basically cut out shit eating for the most part.

Well, you may still be eating too many clean calories. You won't know for sure unless you estimate it and keep track of it.

Use the damn thing. It takes 5 seconds. You always talk about competition and stuff, well guess what, MOST of the bodybuilders today and before weigh their food when they are getting prepared for a contest.
You would think they can also judge by visual? They can't, that's misleading. Never too late to take up something new, so just do it. It ain't gonna hurt you, in fact, it will help you with your goals.

                • Not to be an ass bro; but you either do it or you don't...Quite simple and it seems you've fallen off the wagon here. Posting on the thread and bla bla bla is one thing...Results is what matters.

So STFU and stop posting about shirts, jeans, fucked up lighting pics and either do what you said you were going to do, or just don't...We're not gonna hate if you don't, just pick on you that's all:)

It's easy to talk, but harder to follow through.

"If you want something bad enough, you get it done"

Very simple rule to live by. Doesn't make you a bad or a weak person by not doing so. If you're giving it your all and this is your best, then so be it bro...you look good and of course you could look better; I mean we all do to some extent.

What's stupid is that you keep posting on here like you're all gong ho and half assing the shit.

Bro you sound high, you've got the wrong end of everything,.there's no doubt I've made progress, I can see it in person, that was my goal and I will continue until I'm at least sub 10% bodyfat. Its that simple.

Please don't get yourself worked up

No, just get some idea bro. Right now you dont know if you are eating 2000, 2500, or 3000 cals. By having a good idea of what you are eating, you will know what you need to tweak as progress slows.

if you can take the time to email palumbo and go out of your way for some stranger in the gym, you can certainly take the 20 minutes and figure where you stand with your diet.

let me also say that you are definitely making progress so as long as you are moving forward you are moving in the right direction. i dont love the vibe thats starting to build in this thread. i feel like some people are just jumping in and making negative comments because its the thing to do. if i started that trend or had anything to do with it, i apologize. that is not what i am about. i think sometimes people mistake my "tough love" attitude as just being negative or putting someone down.

                            • Decided I'm gonna change gyms mostly, and spend more time at an ole gym with better variety of equipment and more focus on bodybuilding, trained there a few times and its more hardcore and with a separate cardio room that quite dark and relaxing so you go hardcore then chill with a 30 minute treadnmill after

Didn't you just change gyms recently? I get the feeling you are a bit of a chatty Cathy when you are in the gym. Am I wrong? Bro, having friends in the gym is a BAD thing. You are supposed to be there for YOU. Headphones on, eyes straight ahead, and fucken focus. even after you are done lifting and cardio, dont hang around and chat. because the next day those same people will be there and guess what, now its conversation time during the workout!

the place you train is not the problem, its you and what you do while you are there.
