no oil in the cast iron, just its normal accumulation of previous cooking's.
same plain basmati rice. soon i will be dropping the carbs and going back to my previous eating habits..high fats, protein and minimal carbs

we buy 6lbs of ground turkey, 98/2 fat content. she makes her grounded turkey in the skillet to make salad bowls for her. that is also used to make the burgers, spice as you wish.
the last pic is one of my meals..the yellow cheesy stuff you see is greek sauce with paprika, sea salt and pepper

thin sliced chicken breast. marinated in wild turkey honey:D, paprika, S&P, cilantro, lime, red pepper flakes and grilled, very very yummy. veggies with S&P and coco oil. plain basmati rice

It all looks great.
the shrimp has quinoa, chia seeds and chopped up kale with tomatoes....the one above it has chopped up chicken, quinoa and yams...THAT meal is also on the bottom left
she puts more time into hers. mine are pretty basic and simple.
she's been getting some of her GF's from xfit to have her make meals. slowly her reputation is getting out there and excited for her.
