          Both.

It's good to have structure and works for us.

                • Yea organization is a good thing. From food, to cycles, to scheduling, organization makes everything easier and focused.

                    • Yea I get stressed out if my house or car is a mess. I need things in order or I can't fucken function. Always blows me away when you see someones car and there is piles of boxes or trash or whatever and they can drive around happy as can be. Clutter drives me fucken crazy. One if the benefits of moving as often as me and you do is it gives the opportunity to toss/donate shit we aren't using.

                      • I can't see how those who follow a good eating regimen, not have some sort of structure. With all the food that needs to be taken in and different types of meals, yea I'd be a nut case lol.

As it is, takes so much time for meal prep, doing the right food, etc....but I enjoy it very much. What we like the most is knowing our food is pretty fucking clean and good.

                        • 10lbs of chicken breasts marinating in Sriracha, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, bouillon, and mesquite seasoning. Let it sit overnight and cook. Flavor completely penetrates the chicken all the way through. No seasoning or sauce needed once cooked.

                          • You know who I wanna see post something in here? Scrum. I'm convinced the guy eats French fries and let his gym membership expire about a year ago at this point.

Scrum just because your a vegetarian doesn't mean people wouldn't be interested once in awhile. I'd like to see what your daily meals look like myself. Do you mix different veggies with beans and other sources to make sure your getting complete protein? Do you have whey with all your meals? What are your goals these days. You talk about fitness about as much as I talk about astrology these days for fuck sake.

                            • I will. Just not for a while, pretty busy right now.

My food is pretty much the same every day. About 1800 calories, 40/40/20 split. Most of my protein unfortunately comes from whey shakes, the rest from things like quinoa and cottage cheese. I replaced lentils with quinoa to maximize protein for a given amount of carbs.
