      • time to switch it up a bit. fresh ground turkey, made into patties with spices, rice with homemade tomato sauce and veggies...seems weird but it's damn good:thumb:

          • going to do turkey for about a month, no chicken...i kinda wanna see if i see any difference in training, recovery or just how i feel...probably won't but chicken is getting on my nerves.:grin:

                          • Carne Asada with onions peppers and marinade. Gonna be slow cooked all day. Good eats. Nothing cooks meat like a crock pot. Makes the toughest of cuts so tender it melts in your mouth.
