        That's a damn good advice, I never really thought about that. People usually can't talk to me either way in the gym, I can't hear shit with the headphones blasting.

        • I use this ap on the iPhone sometimes called myfitnesspal. You put in your goal weight and enter all the food you eat each day and it calculates everything for you.

                  you are into a phase that your body is not used to. having excess cals has been the norm for years, naturally you can expect to feel different.

                  thats all about the style and cut of the shirt. you can put on one xxl shirt that is just made for fat people and its just very wide but not long. then you can find a different xxl shirt and its down to your knees.
