whats the calorie breakdown and ingredients? what im getting at is why not just use regular PB? that stuff is probably more expensive with "added" ingredients to keep it in fresh powder form.

It makes it easy to add to shakes when I don't feel like using a blender.

It's expensive on Amazon http://www.amazon.com/BetterBody-Foo.../dp/B00RKO8ZYW but I got mine at BJ's for $10.

Mustard crusted baked chicken with spices. Safron rice and avocado.

This meal is high cal, high protein & mod fat(avocado)

I do like to use different sauces because of the redundancy of eating chicken 99% of the time. I do use it sparingly, well at times:)

But this was VERY good. :thumb:

Nice crisp to the chicken and very dry, how I like it. High cal diet for sure. The Yuca in itself has more cals than the chicken and veggies combined. If anyone has not had this, you gotta try it. The yuca was tossed around in a bowl with spices and veggies just had S&P.

                Yuca link..... https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cassava

Some awesome ideas I'm now going to incorporate into my meals. I'm prepping for the week tomorrow so I will post some pics of my process.

Made my chicken a little different. Added some hot sauce and a pinch of old bay. The hot sauce on the sweet potato alone made it tasty.

It's 6oz of chicken cut up and quarter of a large sweet potato

this was my dinner just about an hour ago. i ate all of it. while maintaining, i eat more and definitely more carbs to stay lean and keeping my weight. weird because when ON, I try not to do carbs(100g max), i do high fat/pro type meals.

I did add some red pepper flakes. it's simple, delicious and effective in more ways than one for anyone wanting to bulk, cut, etc...
