props for the clearer shot.
i really think you should keep a log of what you are eating daily because I cant help but feel that progress could be a bit faster if your diet was more in check. sometimes writing out your diet and being able to see exactly what you are eating makes you realize that it could probably be better.
how many calories are you eating daily? how many meals? how consistent are you? how consistent are you with the cardio?

The best way i can answer this is to say that I'm generally more consistent with all those factors than I have been previously. My situation is that I work full time with varying hours and, well, sometimes life gets in the way, sometimes we go out and eat and drink with other couples, or its anniversary like today and I don't hold back those days. The picture doesn't show its greatly and in fact, I have been unable to train chest properly (only flyes etc) because I have really bad tendonitis in both elbows for the first time eva so I'm not benching until its gone, can't train tri's either.
But I am getting both more shape and leaner as time passes, I feel it in the clothes i wear round the waist and ass etc and looking at myself in the mirror

Well Mr I while I see the improvement looks like life gets in the way of your diet bit to much. It's going to two months since you started this thread and you are not where you should be.
Since you always talk about your bodybuilding days, here is a reminder...diet duration for a show is 12 weeks, max 14 weeks. You are almost 8 weeks in to your diet and you do not look like where you should be eight weeks in.
So stop with the friends, parties, anniversary excuses and get with the program. :D

so do you have a general diet plan that you are following or just sort of do what you can day by day?Originally posted by Mr incredible View PostThe best way i can answer this is to say that I'm generally more consistent with all those factors than I have been previously.
